Mrs. Griebel is complaining about the grass being to high at this residence on Sowders Square. It has not been mowed at all since last fall. This is actually sowders square, not able to use square as an option.

An arrival time for a tech cannot be guaranteed; cust. waited from 8-12 and was then told she had the wrong date. Customer feels Insight is forgetting that she is the customer, and Insight is the service provider.
