SEWER ODOR IN BASEMENT
Mr & Mrs. Deckard are concerned about the detention basin across Countryside Lane from them. They feel it was not laid out properly and is filling up with sand and could be a future problem, causing water to back up into their yard. They would like us to look at it and see if anything can be done.
Mr. Taliaferro called to say that the weeds in the field near his home need to be cut down because they've become overgrown. He sees this as a potential danger.

There is no top on the septic tank on this property, except a piece of plywood laying on top. It is a health hazard, and is breeding misquitos, etc.
The grass is unmowed at this apartment building, next door to complaintant.
STANCOMBE STATES THAT IF YOU ARE COMING OFF OF THE STREET THAT GOES BA CK INTO LONGVIEW TRAILER COURT AND TURNING TO GO WEST ON 3RD STREET THERE ARE BUSHES NEAR THE RAILROAD TRACKS THAT BLOCK THE VIEW. SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE KILLED IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE.
THE BUSHES AT THE BACK OF THE THE PROPERTY ARE OVERGROWN NEAR THE ROADWAY. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE HOUSE BEHIND THE ABOVE ADDRESS TO PULL OUT ONTO THE STREET. MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES TO DIRECT TRAFFIC. (NOTE: THIS WAS CALLED IN TO "HAND" AND REFERRED TO ENG.)
Mr. Kreutzer has a problem with his home and family/friends being affected adversly by Cascades Golf Course, as well as the potential damage that exists for vehicles driving on Kinser Pike. For specifics, please refer to letter. xc: Jennifer Lloyd, Risk Mngmt. Mike Hostetler, Police Dept.
