Mrs. Kroener stated that she built a new house and have been trying to get Insight to install a line since Jan. of 2004. Kroener stated that someone from Insight came out to her house in Jan. and said that they woulod be back to install the line and never came back. Kroener stated that every time she calls Insight the line is busy. Kroener is very unhappy with insight's customer service and would like someone from Insight to call her back.

rats are becoming a very serious problem. She has seen them in the day light hours cavorting around. She has killed two herself. A serious crack down on trash and brush piles must be undertaken
