Mr. Cornelius called Sue Ann Inman on 9/1/98 and stated that he lives in Lamplighter Trailer Court and that his water smells like algae. He has had allergy tests and found out that he is allergic to algae. He would like his water tested and the matter corrected.

Mr. Yost stated that he requested that water be turned off in October 2001; however, he received and paid bills for next five months. He is requesting that he be refunded the amount of these payments ($59.20).
There is a visibility issue on the SW corner of Maxwell Street & Thornton Drive. The house on the corner built a fence around the property and planted trees on the outside which has caused a visibility issue for someone going north on Thornton looking to the west on Maxwell.
Vacant lot in the 1700 block of South Olive Street has not been mowed.
