Mr. Tarter had info. to pass on to a detective reg. a crime and says the dispatch office was rude to him when he was trying to help. Tarter continued to call and put through to the same recording and says after the third time the dispatcher, who refused to give his name, called him an "idiot." Tarter then wanted to speak to the dispatch supervisor who denied that the rude behavior took place and told him he would have to speak with Chief Kennedy.
Ms. Bates watched the leaf removal crew and was upset by the fact that it took 7 or 8 people to run 2 or 3 trucks. The collection process was not efficient at all. Too many employees were standing around and no work was being done.

Mr. Dant called to get some assistance he's been having with a property that he believes to be a rental at 1702 W. 8th. St. the sewer drains from this property onto his property. He says that it's beginning to get into his house. He has called several different departments and people have been referring him around to various departments. He wants to know who is responsible for correcting the problem at the house. He says that he and his wife has spoken to Carol Jack regarding this situation
