Recyling was not picked up. Sanitation was notified on Wednesday, complainant believes, was told it would be picked up but it never was. Still is sitting there. routes have been changed and due to this change crews were confused on which truck was to pick up so this was missed. shelby was made aware of this on friday and got a hold of roy via fax and cell call with infomration. leigh

Parking lot behind Farris Market has open trash containers; overflowing dumpster from Mexican Restaurant.
There is a huge, dead or dying tree that is about to fall over into the street.
CHECK THE TRASH AROUND THIS LOCATION. TENANTS DO NOT PUT IN BAGS AND ANIMALS GET INTO IT AND SCATTER IT.
The trash has not been collected because there isn't any stickers on the bags. The yard has not been mowed for several weeks.
