If you travel south on Woodburn and reach the intersection of 17th and Woodburn, you cannot see W bound traffic travelling on 17th street. Cassie Slone owns Cherry Canary Vintage (214 W. 4th St). There's a metal plate across her sidewalk that is disintegrating and she's concerned that it's dangerous if someone steps into it. She believes that a similar sidewalk issue was repaired at the business next to her several months ago.
