He has Starz/Encore/HBO that he pays around $53.00 for. As part of this he receives channels 14 & 34. Channel 34 is not very clear. Upon calling Insight they informed him that these 2 channels would be switching to 78 & 77 and he would need to have a pay box to get the channels. The pay box is an additional $4.00 extra a month.
