Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. Citizen upset with phone service at Animal Shelter - can't get through. Has complaint about 4 cats next door that stay in her yard all the time.
Peter and Lona want to report their neighbors' very loud dogs that are constantly outside. The address with the dogs is 3415 E. Olcott Blvd, house facing Dale Ct. Lona wants to be updated on any action taken, and her number is 267-626-6767. Peter's is 267-626-6726. They find the noise very disruptive when they try to work at home, and are very frustrated that no action has been taken.
Ms. Moore has contacted Animal Control many times re dog (which attacks people) running loose in her neighborhood. When she calls, dog is restrained for a couple months then is turned loose again. Ms. Moore plans to send letter to Mayor requesting that dog is restrained permanently.

Large possum in neighborhood is snarling at children. Animal control won't come right out to trap animal. Mrs. Eserey wants the animal trapped immediately.
Beaver (or muskrat) has built home in storm sewer in easement between First and Wylie. Animal is killing trees. Spoke w/Animal Control, Engineering, DNR, State Fish & Wildlife & police dept., over a week ago. When will animal be trapped and relocated?
