Gas utility dug up driveway and recently the new cement was put in but they left a large (heavy and immovable) clump on the lawn. Also the edge of the driveway is collecting water from the small ditch next to it they dug up. It’s been about a week now - I thought originally they might come back to take care of it.
There is a dangling guy wire at pole #152-572, located at the south end of Madison St. just north of Patterson/Grimes, at west edge of New Hope for Families property.

Fallen utility lines on property. (I don't know who's, i've checked). None of my utilities are affected, but lines running across property. It may be phone service, cable service, television?
We have had multiple utility companies digging in our backyard over the past few years. This is disrupting our lives. We are not sure if they are staying in the utility easement. We would like to be assured that this process is legal and our property rights are not being infringed on.

However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct. When i bought this house 4 years ago, all paperwork said "city sewer" Turns out, my house actually runs on a Septic tank. Was not informed about this till one of your guys had to come over cause my water was backing up through the drains
