228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. A gentleman stopped by our office this morning to alert us to an unsafe swing set that was installed in the yard of 825 S. Eastside Dr. He said that the swing is installed in a way that it would go into the road if someone was on it. He is nervous that a kid is going to swing on it unsupervised and go into the road. He would like to remain anonymous.

There is a construction crew working on an apartment complex on Gourley Pike, just west of Kinser. They are dragging a large amount of mud into the street and creating a significant mess. It needs to be cleaned up.

Bryan Park neighborhood: excessive growth throughout the neighborhood, especially at the following locations: SW part of the intersection of Dixie and S Palmer Ave (bush growing into the road); S Palmer Ave between Dixie and E. Allen St.; north side of E. Allen St, just east of intersection with S. Lincoln; north side of Dixie St. between S. Grant St. and S. Lincoln; north side of E. Allen between S. Dunn and S. Palmer Ave.

The resident at the corner of Morningside Drive and Park Lane is running a scooter business in his front yard and on the street. He also has a great deal of trash in his driveway, on the lawn, and along both sides of the house. The scooter business involves going around town, picking up scooters, and recharging their batteries. He has two trailers and at least one is always parked on the street. The trailer and the towing pickup typically jut out into the traffic lanes and create a hazard on an alreaddy overcrowded street. I request that the city take action regarding these complaints. Park Lane is a relatively heavy travelled road because it has no speed bumps. Adding these trailers into the mix is going to cause accidents....

A resident reported an overgrowth of weeds on Madison Street just north of 11th, over the bridge. Weeds are encroaching on the sidewalk which affects accessibility of the path. Duke has already been contacted and has taken care of their share of the weeds.

Please fix the intersection on Clarizz and Morse Pike when you turn right off Clarizz onto Morse Pike you have to pull up way past the cross walk to see and people make lazy left turns there. You did a great job with the cross walk but please just make a turn lane, cut back the trees and help make this intersection safer!
