Residents at 2526 S Rogers St Bloomington, In 47403 have at least 2 of their 4+ cars and trucks consistently parked fully on the sidewalk that borders their property on Ralston. They're essentially using this sidewalk as a parking lot / repair area for their vehicles. This is not a temporary occurrence but something that is observed on a daily basis for many months.
Constantly has 5-6 cars parked on lot and street. One car does not have a hood on the front, and it's parked in neighborhood with many children playing around. Also they keep parking their truck in the lawn. They seem to be living too many to a house, or are treating their property as a car repair or used car lot.
Call in complaint about vehicles parking in the grass.
Parking meter # WALS406-A has what looks like 2 coins jammed into the coin slot. Meter will only take cards.
Vehicle has been parked partially in front of our mailbox for over 2 weeks. Range Rover has not moved. Hard for us to get out of driveway with a truck. Also, car has a flat tire. It is the neighbors who has room in front of their house and on driveway.
This is day three of the yellow house on Lincoln street between 2nd and University has been parking cars along the alley. I cant leave the parking spot behind my house because of this issue.

As a rep of the HOA I spoke with owner at 3873 Laurel regarding the truck and trailer parked in the street and the complaints I have received. I suggested that he park the vehicle elsewhere so as not to block the street. He indicated in was OK with the city, he pays assoc. fees, etc. I believe this is likely in violation of 15.32.060. Several cars without parking permits are consistently parking in Neighborhood Zone 2 permit-only spaces. I paid for a Zone 2 parking permit and I cannot find a parking spot on Swain Ave. (where I live) because they are almost all filled with non-permitted vehicles. I'd like to request stricter enforcement of parking laws in Zone 2.
