On 12/3/15, I parked at a meter on Kirkwood in front of the library. I used my debit card and wanted to pay for three hours of parking. The meter would only give me one hour; it did not give me the option to add more time the way most of the meters do. I had to insert my card three times in order to get the desired amount of time, but I see that I was charged the 30 cent convenience fee each time. This is a photo looking south on Dunn from Cottage Grove. I've walked to and from class several days now and there are always cars parked on both sides of the street here. One side of the street (the far side in this photo) has clear No Parking signage. With cars parked on both sides, I don't think fire trucks could make it through here if needed. This appears to be a regular problem area that Parking should check daily if not more frequently.
