There is a parasite going around at the Ferguson Dog park. I know of a dog that has contracted Giardia over 6 times. Someone needs to post signage around the park to let people know the dangers of not picking up after their dogs and more poop stations with more bags so we can make it easier to hold the pet parents accountable. I have tried to tell other dog owners to pick up after their pets but it has not succeeded. Please do something because pet parents like me can't take out dogs while there is an issue like this. A friend and I have even gone to the length of going throughout the park and cleaning up the entire thing. However it has not stayed that way. Please do something so not other dogs have to get sick and potentially die.

Poop in the dogpark. Several months ago both the supply of bags and the container for used bags were moved from within the dog fields themselves to an area within the double gate entry area. Perhaps this was an attempt at efficency but it has had a sigificanlty adverse affect on the conditions in the park itself with much more poop being left on the ground and more full bags being left scattered around the park. Yesterday I picked up 11 full bags left out in the field and this is not uncommon. Both the bags and the refuse containers need to be returned to their original spots to turn this trend around. I made a report asking whether the trees on east smith street near our building location are property of the city. The case #198643 . I didn't leave any contact information, so I was reaching out to include it.

We (staff) are unsure if the trees on E Smith St (near the property location 401 S Washington St) are the city property or if they belong to us. Would you be able to tell me who they belong to? If they are the property of the city, could I schedule to get them trimmed? I was notified that there has to be 3ft clearance between the tree limbs and the property.

leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)

Please replace the upper tennis court lights at the Winslow Park. More than half of the lights are burned out. Also, please tuen on the lights about 45 minutes earlier. It’s too dark for playing match around 8:00 pm.
