This is just one location that I've noticed in the last 24 hours. But the hemlock has started to bloom and I'm seeing it everywhere. I had a friend who picked it thinking it was Queen Anne's lace who ended up in the hospital so I think it may be time for another PSA about the plant as it is starting to really take hold in town! (I notified the real estate agent who was selling the house for the other place I saw it on 4th street. I also saw it on University drive on my way to work this morning but didn't get the address as I was on my bike but it was on University between Lincoln and Henderson on the south side of the street.) There has been a massive uptick in mostly young and teenage kids, mostly boys, riding on electric and gas powered bikes on the B-line at very high rates of speed that would not be safe even on a road. They pop wheelies, shout at pedestrians to get out of their way, and pose a huge safety risk. Why is there not an enforced rule on the kinds of vehicles that are not permitted on the B-Line? Surely it is illegal to drive a motor vehicle down the path?

There is a large dead tree outside the Elkins apartment building at 410 S. Fess. It is overhanging several utility lines, and it has a big broken limb dangling over the sidewalk.

The ditch between E. Southdowns Dr and E. Sheridan Dr requires a mowing. The young man who was initially mowing this year is now MIA. He was doing a fine job. It has been at least three weeks, since last mowed. Can we get this area back on a regular schedule, perhaps with Bryan Park? Thank you. V/r, Mark

Poison ivy is hanging over the sidewalk on the east side of Henderson as it pokes through the guardrails at the stream. Digs, kids and other pedestrians brush by this pinch point! Thanks

When leaving the Tapp Rd/B-Line trailhead, there is a large bush that significantly limits the line of sight from the traffic traveling eastbound on Tapp Rd. This bush needs to be completely removed. I filed a uReport last year. This issue will get progressively worse as the growing season picks up. Please resolve at your earliest opportunity. Thank you!

Not anything you can do now, but this is probably NOT the species indicated on the plaque. The flowers look more like a red horse chestnut, a hybrid
