I called over 30 days ago to notify you the city owned trees between our property and the street are blocking the line of sight getting out of our driveway. Since that phone call, there have been 3 near-misses by vehicles I could not see. Our address is 4000 S Jamie Lane. This needs to be taken care of ASAP.
Thank you,
Kathy Carter

Blocked Sidewalk

Since this building is no longer a garage, it seems that a full curb should be installed to prevent people from pulling up on the sidewalk.
There are constantly cars parked on the sidewalk here (several feet in past the yellow painted curb (which is flattened because it used to be a garage). I asked the tenants to stop, and then today a dumpster showed up on the sidewalk. This is the North side of the "FAR" gallery building at fourth and rogers.
Obviously this is frustrating to me but it's probably pretty annoying for the kid in a wheelchair who i see going back and forth to school and having to cross the street to get around.
Yard Waste

The city blocked some section of the road off (presumably to slow traffic). Now there is just yard waste and old hay bails left in them. It looks trashy.

Intersection of Ruby and Circle Drive. This is part of the Allen-Covenanter Greenway for cyclists. The other day I was coming from Circle, ready to turn left on Ruby, when I almost hit a cyclist on Ruby, whom I had not seen because of the high grasses in the yard of the Ruby-Circle Drive corner house. Maybe the 2 bushes closest to the intersection could be cut back, for better visibility for motorists coming from Circle Drive.

Meant east/west. South/north is not QUITE as bad so definitely not as pressing.

What is the plan to address the lack of east/south thoroughfares in town? Have never lived anywhere where there are essentially zero two lane over 30 mps routes to cut through town. Causes neighborhood congestion, long commutes, more accidents and pollution, etc. We don't need many but we need SOMETHING! We're not THAT small of a city.
Look at your peers. Thank you.
