i live in the barclay square apartment complex. Every day when I pull out of my apartment complex cars speed past along S Walnut Street Pike. This is a residential area with children waiting outside for their buses, as well as some folks walking their dogs. I believe that if there was a stop sign along S Walnut Street Pike it would minimize the risks of motor vehicle accidents or putting pedestrians in danger.

Deborah Drive could use turn lanes to enter onto Tapp Road. Only access to medical park since I-69 project, and has a lot of traffic. Lanes are wide enough already. Often the right turn lane takes an excessive amount of time due to people turning left from the middle of the road blocking right turn access.

I've noticed a lot of people walking from the apartment complex out to the main road on this street and I wanted to send a report to see if someone could either trim the foliage to ensure people can walk on the side of the road or if a sidewalk could be created down South Oakdale Drive to protect pedestrians. A tree limb/foliage blocks the line of sight just north of S. Spicewood Lane @ busy S. Sare Road. Exiting S. Spicewood Lane onto Sare (turning north) is precarious. Also, yesterday the "Tree Work" orange sign just south of this intersection blocked the view from S. Spicewood Lane. This tree (and temporary sign) are unsafe for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians in order to exit S. Spicewood Ln. Also, the new Pedestrian Crossing sign is blocked on the approach up the hill from the north on S. Sare.

There is no sidewalk for the church, bus stop, or any of the small businesses on the west side of S. Leonard Springs Road. This road is very busy and while one side of the road is paved, the other side is very dangerous. Please install sidewalks on the west side of S. Leonard Springs Road.

I have currently lived on Kinser Pike for a little over three years, but in this last year I have witnessed two accidents right in front of my home. Two others were witnessed by my neighbors, for a total of four this year alone (not including the semi that took out the utility pole at the skate park). Just this morning (3/20/2019), a car spun out and almost crashed into the timber once again while I sat in my kitchen. I am extremely concerned about the curve on Kinser Pike right after the skate park. Traffic has become unbearable since we truly only have one way in and out of the neighborhood and to BHSN. I have also witnessed several school buses exceeding the speed limit by what I would guess is at least 10 MPH. I ask the city to please consider looking into this issue as we have children who live on this street as well as pedestrians crossing the street or using the sidewalks. This is still a neighborhood and it needs to be treated like one, not a highway.

The timing of the light at college mall rd and E 3rdst is such that persons traveling east on 3rd st can’t make it through the light because the traffic turning left onto south college mall rd blocks the intersection. I waited through more than 5 lights tonight.

I watch people walk by my house all day and worry about cars who constantly cut the corner. Today I heard a man yelling at a jogger to run on the sidewalk, but there isn't one. There is much more foot traffic in this neighborhood with the b line trail having a path right onto Bryan Street. I wouldn't mind a sidewalk going around my house
