This building has an extremely bright on the west side of the building that not only illuminates their property at night but also shines across Grant street and floods the houses across the street with sharp, glaring light. It is so blindingly bright that it is hazardous to walk down the steps of those houses at night. Can the city require that property owners face lights downward and/or ask them to install some sort of shielding so that the lights are not so offensive to the adjacent neighbors and neighborhood in general? It's bad enough that the building is so generic and tacky, but can the city prevent them from ruining the lives of people in other properties, all the while causing a hazardous situation to exist?

I often walk along 13th street between Indiana ave. and Fess ave. Could the sidewalks along this stretch of road be improved? On the south side, there's no sidewalk, and on the north side, the sidewalk is crumbling and difficult to use at night.

Cars turning right onto the bypass from Dunn Street rarely if ever look to the right to see if a pedestrian is crossing. Please make this intersection "No Turn On Red" and also add a pedestrian delay so the intersection can be safely crossed.

The ZBT Fraternity can be found through Google as being a fraternity house. They are on cease and desist as well as not able to operate in the neighborhood.

Sidewalk ends at my property (4151) and west to Smith road. Unsafe for pedestrians to be in the "walking" or "bike path" on this road. Unsafe for drivers. Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road.
