Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. As the weather warms up, there are more and more bicyclists on the sidewalk on the square one just nearly ran over my toddler and me. I told him he was in a dismount zone. He asked where that was posted and I was unable to find a sign with that information. If that has not been repealed, it needs to be better communicated and enforced. Thank you.

'Light the Way' blue sign in the ROW at this location. There are 27 of these same signs on fences and in yards within a couple of adjacent blocks along E First Street. An unnecessary proliferation of signs, if I ever saw one.
