The condition of the main roads within the city are the worst I’ve ever seen in the years I’ve lived here. Should we have to be still dodging potholes in mid May? I’d like to know what the road improvement schedule is for the city this year please. Can you send me that ? ALSO ….. Can you explain why funds were prioritized to fully pave AND install TONS of speed bumps recently in these areas : E Arden Dr, E Windsor Dr, E Wilton Dr, S Oxford Dr, E Thornton Dr, S Maxwell St, S Highland Ave, S Covey Ln OVER taking care of our heavily traveled roads like High Street and many others? Is there an ordinance related to ACs, vents, pool pump, and pool heaters? The neighbors have strung equipment all down the property line. The rumbling noise affects usage of our deck, backyard, and even the west side rooms of our house.

Recently a fence was put up. Isn't this in violation of the UDO Fences and Walls : 20.04.08 (n) (3) A ii. The fence seems higher than 4 feet.

There is no sidewalk to link the housing area (West Pointe Edition, Bloomington Apts, etc) to the business area (Buffalo Wild Wings, Subway, health complex. Many people will walk in the street but the road is covered and not lit so it can be dangerous for pedestrians. Especially at night.

Looking to see if a new sidewalk could be built between Adams street and Bloomfield Road. There are already sidewalks up to the intersection of Adams and Allen Street extending a little beyond (in front of the Bloom apartment complex). An extension of this sidewalk to Bloomfield road would connect all residents in this area to other sidewalks in Bloomington.

Giant sinkhole in the road by the building at 822 W. 1st St. It has gotten significantly bigger in the past few months. Easily over 5 feet deep and extends across more than half the road underneath. It is on an access road that an ambulance uses.
