At the intersection of Clark Street and 7th Street the stop sign was changed from a 4 way stop to a two way stop and if you are driving north on Clark to the stop it is impossible to see if there is oncoming traffic coming from the west on 7th street because of bushes in the way making for a dangerous intersection

Tree branches obstructing view at the corner of Smith Road and E. St. Remy Drive intersection. Approximate address is 2520 S Smith Road. People attempting to turn left on to S Smith Road from E St Remy Dr have an obstructed view due to the tree branches. Requesting City of Bloomington trim back the branches to aid in improving this obstruction.
Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. The overgrowth at 913 W. 11th St is obscuring the view for drivers turning from Orris Dr to W. 11th Street t the point where a driver has to pull the nose of his/her car all the way out onto 11th St to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this could cause accidents with other cars, school busses going to/from Tri-North, or pedestrians crossing on the sidewalk.
There are two dangerous locations on West Third Street at Landmark and Patterson, which would be greatly improved upon by designating the right lanes at Landmark and Patterson as turn only lanes. The problem is created by indecisive traffic flow within a very short range of road before it splits off near Kleindorfers (West Third [turns into Adams] and Kirkwood. Drivers are constantly trying to anticipate turning cars by either driving in the left lane of West Third for a while and then jumping over to the right in front of other drivers, or by driving in the right lane of West Third and jumping back into the left lane before the street splits at Kleindorfers (Adams and Kirkwood). From West Third and Landmark to West Third and Patterson is approximately 900 feet. From West Third (turns into Adams) and Patterson to split from Adams and Kirkwood is approximately 600 feet. This causes bottleneck cars trying to weave in and out of traffic with in a 900 to 600 foot range. Thank you in advance for your consideration, Janda Bain
As you are heading east / southeast on Fountain Drive, at the intersection with N. Adams Street, when you look north on Adams to check for traffic, there is a lot of tree foliage impeding the view. It is very difficult to see traffic until you are pretty far into the Adams street intersection.
I live on the corner of S Clifton and Hillside Drive, each day I feel I take my life in my own hands as I walk east on Hillside Drive. There is no shoulder between the sidewalk and the street. Cars are speeding by well over the speed limit, liter a few feet from me and potential disaster. I would ask that you look at 1. Lowering the speed limit 2. Mandate a soft shoulder between the sidewalk and street. 3. Place a speed indicator. Anything you can do I feel could reduce the potential for the next accident.
