A significant portion of people traveling north or south on High St do not come close to a complete stop at E. Arden Dr.. Some blow it off, some seem surprised or forgot the stop is there and the rest are making the case for changing the name from "California stop" to "Hoosier stop". This stop may be technically outside of the school zone but kids do walk/ride to school along that stretch of road.

Can someone please do something about the extremely loud stereo system currently playing near the intersection of 7th and Grant? It is extremely disruptive.

Speed limit enforcement on E. Winston Street.
Posted speed limit is 25mph, but cars do not respect this speed limit, especially when traveling down hill at Winston and Sare Rd intersection. Please enforce the speed limit. We have several small children in this area. Maybe a sign that says "Drive like your children live here"?

Abandoned vehicle in driveway in public view (an old GM SUV) - can be seen clearly as driving up the street and from Crestmont Park. Non-running and unmoved for a long time.

There is an old boat parked at 1313 South Madison Street. The last time this boat was registered to be on the lake was 2009. It has not moved since. The issue is that in addition to being an eyesore, it collects water and produces tons of mosquitos. We have asked the city to take care of this before but the neighbor said it was for sale, placed - a blank - for sale sign on it and it has continued to sit.

re: case #169222. Gov Holcomb signed HB 1236 into law, requiring motorists to provide 3 feet of clearance when passing cyclists. It seems as if there possibly was a violation here with the Crider and Crider truck passing too closely.
It would be great if the police were aware of and can begin enforcing this law. Thanks.
