Driver operates this vehicle while it is full to the brim with garbage. He is unable to see behind him effectively enough to avoid hitting things when he backs up. He hit a car at my house a second time because of his inability to see out of the windows in his vehicle. Please help!
Flat ties on abandoned vehicle
Several neighbors, and myself, have been victims of actions done by the unhoused. Just last night (1-5-24), our car was broken into for the second time in less than a year. This time, we saw the person before anything was taken. This area needs help. While we are all understanding of the needs of the unhoused, we in this neighborhood, have a right to feel safe for our families. In less than a year, this area has had vehicle break ins, home invasions, confrontation about blocking front doors, and theft. Please help all Bloomington residents, not just the unhoused.
Constant stop sign violations with numerous near miss accidents. I have complained along time ago with no one addressing the situation.

There has been a PT Cruiser (license plate 612PBD) parked in front of this address since August 2020 at the very least. It has more than one completely flat tire, and license plates dated from 2019. Note in the window states it is a neighbor's car, but that they use bikes more often. This car has not moved at all, and appears completely abandoned in prime street parking, within a neighborhood where parking can be quite tricky.
Inoperable 80s/90s white four door vehicle has been Stationary in driveway in exact spot for several years.

This abandoned vehicle: - is 3 or more model years old - mechanically inoperable - on private property but couldn't be more clearly visible to public property - has been sitting in its location for well past 20 days. Referencing Case#169529 I'm sorry. I realize the situation of the owner, but it has been a long time. Swifter action would have been taken in another part of the City. That is not fair or equitable to other property owners living in the area. This vehicle fits under the city ordinance definition of "abandoned," and, while it is on private property, is in violation, because it sits in clear view of the public. Thank you.
