NO ONE goes the speed limit by this school. You placed 20 mph beacons that begin at 7:25 a.m., but they are ignored. If you had a police vehicle sit at the area once a week, I'm sure people would drive the speed limit. The speeding in the area makes it difficult to turn in and out of the school. Thank you.
First off, the B-line is trashed. The woods on the edge of the trail are absolutely covered in trash. There were fires lit, and the creek to carrying the trash down to our more major waterways. Now, the residents of this camp are driving cars to their encampments along the b-line, blocking the trails, and making enormous ruts in the trail and grass along the side of the trail. Furthermore, I am a large white, male. I was concerned for my safety (ON THE B-LINE) as three (obvious methamphetamine enthusiasts) came out of the woods while I was passing by. Their behavior was not normal, and being three of them would scare most people from using this important public space - including myself.
There is a late 90's white dodge caravan that hasn't moved in months. It has a flat tire and the back window is busted out. It also has a parking ticket on it. Can it please be removed?

White Toyota sedan car alarm goes off constantly all day for several minutes for the past 3 months. If this is a mechanical issue, it should be fixed by now. The dogs in the neighborhood and the residents at home are constantly bothered by the noise.
I have applied for assistance I have broken windows in my house my ex boyfriend broke out and my furnace and electric box are torn up and it’s freezing in my house. Living at the Switchyard apartment. This was for the handicap. That is how the grant was started . To help house the handicap. We have all tenants being disabled. Due to move I g the homeless people closer to Switchyard apartment complex. We now have major problems extremely now ! I have had a man living in our stairwell for the last 2 weeks. Shooting up with a needle and is holding a knife! My husband john and I both have been seeing this and my neighbor Anna / Scott also her caregiver jaxx had a close encounter On the stair well . Are apartment complex needs the stairwell in closed and a key pad for access . Every time it rains fillls up with homeless 1:00 2:00 in the morning! Loud drunk and smoking everything!
I have homeless walking in our parking lot upswing on baby trees . Right in front of the apartment at 10:00 am . I have had a old lady to be smoking crack pipe by my front door ! And the homeless are going upstairs and checking doors to be unlocked! You can hear everything in are apartment no fire walls ! You can talk or walk and everyone in the apartment complex can hear it . Most of the people who are renting want to leave due to not being safe ! Help
2 motorhomes and 5 cars parked in driveway. 1 motorhome is broken, and has not moved in over 4 years. Violates Code 15.4.020. Vehicle is over 3 models old, mechanically inoperable, on private property visible from public property (city sidewalk), for more than 20 days.
