Bright unshielded lights on east side of house left on all night. Light trespass interfering with neighbors and disruptive for bats and other beneficial animals. Constant violations from this property- please enforce!
Additional request for street light. There have been multiple times where BPD has responded to fights and medical related issues at neighboring properties. At least 2x/month I am woken up late in the night by someone trying to open doors or windows. Last night someone slept on my closed-in front porch. Neighbors are also in support of a street light and have asked me to file this on their behalf as well. uR#199547 was most recent filed that I am aware of.
On 1/24/2025 and 9:15 AM on bus #0348, I observed the strong odor of and could see smoke-haze from deisel exhaust backing up into the public bus. I have spoken to Bloomington Transportation dispatch and customer service and was told that, "That is just part of the bus's regenerative re-uptake process." When they refused to take this matter seriously in the past, I contacted the EPA. The EPA shall be contacted again on this issue since neither the city nor bus company will take this matter seriously, which inevitably affects the city's rating with the EPA as a green-friendly city. They city alleyway which accesses multiple apartment communities and business is covered in ice.
No snow has been removed from sidewalk on southwest side of Patterson Drive between W. 2nd St. and W. Allen St. since the big snow storm 2 weeks ago.
City plowed snow onto sidewalk. Was cleared prior to this incident, but now cannot remove snow with just a shovel.
This is the 3rd time I am reporting this problem. This light works intermittantly, but mostly off. The light in on the south side of the street in the middle of E Wyndam Crt. in front of the empty lot.

There are no street lights and this is a very transient dangerous street. I feel extremely unsafe. The drug activity here years ago, seems to have returned.
