When I'm driving northbound on S Harrell Rd, I find it dangerous to turn left at this intersection. Specifically, the view to the right (east on Rhorer Rd.) is short due to a hill nearby. Traffic is supposed to be going 35 mph, but I believe that often traffic is moving faster than that, which gives too little time to determine if it's safe to make the left turn to proceed westbound on Rhorer.
I know of at least one accident at this intersection in the past year. I nearly had one yesterday because I was starting to accelerate quickly to make the lefthand turn safely after a westbound car passed me (due to the short view to the east) but that car didn't have its blinker on, and it unexpectedly turned left in front of me when I was starting to move, and I had to brake to avoid hitting it. All in all, that left turn is dangerous in my opinion.

There is an encampment that is not continuously used. It was occupied in the spring of 2024 before the removal of the encampments and the bush hogging of the vegetation to increase sight lines along the B line. Then it became active again during the winter, but now it looks unoccupied again. It seems to be active on and off because the debris and the structure that forms a shelter still remains. Can the encampment be removed to prevent future occupancy of this area?
