Hello, I lost my waste bin this Wednesday, 7/9. Your staff left my yellow recycle bin and my neighbor's larger waste bin on the curb. My neighbor took his waste bin on 7/10, but I couldn't find my waste bin. How could it be lost? I guess one of my neighbors took mine by mistake. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue. I need a waste bin ASAP.

We arranged for a large item pickup on July 7, but the large item (a couch) was not picked up. We have not received a return phone call from the city despite calling and leaving a message.

Some disrespectful person dumped their trash bags at the corner of E. Sheridan Drive and S. Ballantine. Would you please send someone to pick up the trash? I would do it myself, but not sure what sort of toxic garbage is in the bags. Thank you.
