There is a massive pot hole that formed recently. More than likely caused by a snow plow. It is located on the right side of the westbound lane of E Rhorer Rd at the intersection of S Sare Rd. I hit it just after turning from the stop sign and blew my tire. It is very difficult to see after dark and very dangerous as it is right before a blind hill.
My mailbox has been damaged by the snow plows. The door to my mailbox has been ripped off and one side is starting to come apart. I am wondering who I need to contact about getting this fixed/replaced.
Curb behind my property has disintegrated/shoveled away by snow plows. Leading to flooding in my backyard due to run off coming down Jackson St.
Fourth Street sidewalks and street pavement conditions between Washington and Rogers Streets (and perhaps further). The roadway is littered with potholes, cracks, undulations, bumps and is generally in poor condition (all of this precedes any activity around the fourth street garage, serendipity construction and Vectren pipe or line modifications). The roadway and sidewalk are not suited for cars, bikes, scooters, power chairs nor for the emergency vehicles, school buses and city transit buses that utilize it. Pretty much the same for the sidewalks.
Asphalt is falling in around storm drain and needs sidewalk repaired.
The sidewalk is completely obstructed by bushes and trees along the north side of Walpole Lane right about 4405 E Walpole

There is a very uneven sidewalk just to the east of our offices (Bloom Magazine -- 414 W. 6th street). The uneven portion is in front of the Applegate Building. Several of our staff members and guests have taken bad falls there; someone fell again today really hurting themselves. Can you please check into this and report back as to when it might be fixed? If needed, we'll put your Legal Department on formal notice of this hazard. One day someone is going to crack their head open at that spot -- it really needs to be repaired as there is a fair amount of traffic on this sidewalk. Thanks.
