Trying to turn left from Clear Creek trailhead into Tapp road and from Weimer road left into Tapp road is gotten very dangerous with more traffic on Tapp road over the years. I park my car at clear creek parking lot and walk almost everyday and everyday I struggle with getting out of parking lot because most cars are driving 60 miles and sometimes over 80 miles and hour on that stretch of Tapp road. There are many 30 mile speed limit signs but hardly anyone drives under 50 miles and many drivers drive over 70 miles which is very dangerous and illegal. City should do something about it before serious car accident happens with kids involved. Maybe stop sign, traffic lights, or even speed bumps. Whatever makes it work to slow down the speed and make it more safe please. Meanwhile I think there should be regular police officers enforcing traffic laws. Thank you

Utility work on driveway at sidewalk eliminated concrete. The sidewalk was never repaired and this is the third year I've asked for repair for less hazardous pedestrian passage on sidewalk where driveway crosses.

Sidewalk on Wylie at Hawthorne has been a mess for a long time. This photo is from 2 years ago I recently caught my ankle and almost fell. I know homeowners are responsible but you know they sometimes need a nudge. Could the City ne more proactive? Parking Enforcement could simply take photos and report places that need repair. Friends from out of town are shocked by the state of our sidewalks, especially when I tell them that the City isn't responsible for maintaining them.

Subject: Street Light Request: W. 11th St. (Between Marathon Gas Station & N. Adams St.) Location Details: * Street: W. 11th St. * Specific Segment: Between the gas station and the N. Adams Street intersection. * Preferred Placement: The north side of W. 11th St., adjacent to the apartment complex buildings. Request Details: I am writing to formally request the installation of a new street light along this specific stretch of W. 11th Street. Currently, this section of the road and sidewalk is pitch black during non-daylight hours. There is extremely poor visibility, making it highly unsafe for pedestrians. I walk this route early in the morning and am unable to see the sidewalk ahead of me or perceive if anyone is nearby, which creates a significant safety risk. Furthermore, the lack of lighting will pose an extra hazard during the winter months, as it will be impossible to spot black ice or snow accumulation on the walkway. Improved lighting here is urgently needed to ensure basic pedestrian safety and visibility. Thank you for your time and for reviewing this request to keep our neighborhood walkways safe. Street light is out. The light will come on for like 1 minute, but then 'burns' or fades out with a very minimal glow afterwards. The light does this every 20 minutes or so.

The sidewalk is cracked on the east side of Eagleson just south of First. But worse than that some kind of street sign type upright was cut off and the stub sticks. A real hazard for pedestrians! Thanks.

The default street map is set for Jerusalem. I swiped it eventually to Bloomington's street map and filed a report but now i opened to report again after restarting my phone Defaulted back to Jerusalem. Weird.

Loud thumping base from IU stadium can be heard for miles away through closed doors and windows after 11:00 p.m.

Management company will not remove for rent signs (They have been up since July) even though I texted and politely ask them to do so. See photos. There were 8 in total. I had to stop and remove one of the signs that blew into the street. Also, these are 3 bedroom home with 6-7 cars constantly in the driveway so occupancy is suspect. Thank you.
