storm water pipes are clogged and stream bed is eroding. This is on the B-line just west of the rail overpass and across from the new Habitat development. Looks like i'm about to loose a tree to erosion in the storm ditch.
Contractor wants to meet onsite to discuss a storm drainage prroblem and ways to correct it. Address: 2741 S Jalen Ct. Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. No drains in my house will drain after the storm, is this an issue that I’m only having or is this affecting others in the Stonechase neighborhood?
The whole stretch of East Moores Pike between Sare Rd and Andrew Circle needs drainage work. Whenever there's even a little rain the ground either side of the road drains into the road for a week after. There's black ice all over it pretty much all winter and it's a fast road on a steep hill. During even light rain it's deep enough to cause hydroplaning.
There seems to be runoff or a water pipe burst on the corner of Dorchester Drive and Hillside Drive.

We continue to have a flooding issue due to yard waste, leaves, seed pods, sand clogging up our street drain. I was up at 2:00 again this morning pulling the street drain that was again completely clogged so our garage did not get flooded. Water was almost to the garage. This has been a problem for many years and it has never been resolved. I have asked many times. MANY Times. I should not have to fear that if I am not home and it rains that there is a good chance we'll get water in our house because of our street drain is poorly designed based on the amount of debris that comes down our street. Would someone please finally address this issue.
There is a drain in my backyard in which water from all my neighbors yard drains into during rain and heavy storm. The ground around the drain has sunk in due to the heavy run off over the years. Need to know if this would be fixed by the city?
I am requesting a ditch or pipe be installed in the wooded easement south of my property that will move the water out to the storm drain that was recently installed last year on Waldron Street in front my house. On April 13th of this year, we received a lot of rain in just a couple hours and I noticed most of the water was coming from the wooded easement South of my house and running down into my yard, pooling up and overflowing down near my basement (where i've had flooding from the street runoff in years past). It appears that there is an long term, ongoing, active water leak coming from Sigma Pi chapter house 1430 N Jordan Ave, Bloomington, IN 47406 - on the left side of the property. Water is coming from the house, into some puddles on the drive way and leaking away from the property on to Theta Chi. I can't imagine how much water has been leaking and for how long, but it should be addressed.
