Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. From a citizen: West-bound lane of E. 3rd near intersection of Smith Road, looks like a small access cover has been dislocated or damaged so that jagged metal is sticking up out of the road.

On Sunday there was a break in a water pipe that necessitated digging up the street in from of our house and mail box.The work was left unfinished, I assume due to the snow fall. Is it possible t repair and finish now that the weather has improved. It is difficult for the mailman to deliver mail.

Repaired sidewalk cracked again due to heavy city trucks traffic on easement. My driveway also cracked and broken in same area.

In the 3400 block of S. Cedarwood Circle, the City dug up the road a few months ago, then never came back to finish the job. The road is a mess with missing asphalt and gravel/debris all around. Can the City get back out here this week to fix this and finish up the work they started? Thanks.
