I live at 5838 W Waterstone Trace and there is a drainage grate right in front of my driveway. The grate is falling thru. I had someone reset it but it might need to have the opening it sits in repaired.

Large amounts of water have been draining out of the parking lot of Morrison's Appliance store on West Kirkwood Ave. During freezing temperatures, this creates a large sheet of ice accross the sidewalk and along the northern edge of Kirkwood Ave creating a hazard for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.

The cone disappeared a long time ago & school buses keep running over the storm inlet. Was wondering when the repair might happen? If the grate collapses, it's going to seriously damage a vehicle. Thanks!
A hole has developed alongside the storm sewer drain (inlet). The pavement above the hole has begun to crumble and sink.
