My mowing service sheared off the water meter sensor in my yard. I can’t even find all the pieces, so it will have to be replaced. They also knocked the cover loose so that will have to be secured. If I need to pay for this just put it on my monthly water bill and I’ll collect from my mower. Thanks and sorry!
Water meter cover at the given address is broken and dropped into the service well. Apologies if this is a duplicate. Looks like construction equipment from nearby site may have run over the cover, resulting in the situation.
Cover to my main H2O shutoff at the street apparently was buried by dirt when they installed the fiber box on the SW corner of my lot. Today I was Unable to locate cover without metal detector to keep the vegetation clear of it. I have a plumbing project coming up that I’ll need to shut off the water at the street this summer. My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.

Meter box frozen
Our home has reduced water pressure today, I noticed it earlier this morning, last night it was fine. I don't see any leaks running onto street or in neighboring yards. If pressure was automatically lowered this is concerning, our home has boiler heat and when this happened in the winter our boilerwas negatively impacted. Can our pressure be restored? Thanks

The company that came out to install new fiber hit my water line yesterday during the day. When I came home from work I noticed all the trucks from City of Bloomington working on it. I talk to them and they said they will need to shut off my water for a few hours while it got fixed, and then to run my tub for about 5 minutes and it should all be fine. I left until this morning and went to run my tub and get my water back to normal. I have water coming out of my taps, but there is no pressure and I have no information about what happened or if it has been fixed. Please get back to me ASAP as I can not bath or wash anything in my house. I would also very much like to know the company that is in charge of digging for this new fiber as they have left a mess all over my neighborhood. Thank you very much, Nick
