I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but I recommend investigating this issue and correcting your invoices, if necessary.

The household registration page at https://webtrac.bloomington.in.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/household.html?option=add requires that a gender be selected, but only allows two genders. Please read https://uxdesign.cc/designing-forms-for-gender-diversity-and-inclusion-d8194cf1f51 on designing this kind of field better and more inclusively

before the site redesign, i remember it being easier to tell the city council meetings from the committee of the whole meetings. now both in the calendar and in the agendas page, they are both just "Common Council Meeting." also, the calendar entry for upcoming meetings should have a link to the agenda/packet, since the upcoming calendar days are prominently displayed. also, maybe the agenda/meetings page should be sorted by descending date, and not have a bunch of blank entries for meetings without documents yet? basically, in order to see the agenda we shouldn't have to go to a page and then scroll halfway down it to today's date. and we certainly shouldn't have to download the whole agenda to see if it's a committee of the whole meeting. anyways, thanks!

the new utilities payment website is not user friendly. I had to create a new log-in ID and pass word but how can I log-off? Also, I don't want to print the confirmation pop-up window and it seems there's no way to close it unless you just close the website. In this case, I can't tell if my account was logged off securely.

Hello! Addresses entered into myBloomington are not coming up with historic designation information. It was difficult for me to find the information about my address, and the only reason I knew to dig was because I happen to have increased knowledge about the HPC and how some of that works. If I didn't know those things, I would never know my house was on the survey. When I finally did find the survey, it's difficult to look through because it's organized by neighborhood, then "scattered sites," not by street address (and it's just a pdf of a list). Luckily I know how to search and could find my address, but again, that's special knowledge that I don't think every user should be expected to have. Please fix this! Thanks!

Everytime I try to use your embedded Google map and try to zoom or pan it zooms all the way out to a view of the whole globe.
This is not the first time I've reported this. And it is not my phone because your site/app is the only one I have this problem with. You might check the gesture detector code

I would like to request a link to access webmail for employees on the City of Bloomington's website. I have been attempting to access my webmail, and it is saying that the CIty's link is not secure.
