Entering to our City from west side on state road 45/46 Instead of welcoming Great IU city sign, people see heavily rusted bridge with weeds and hardly uses anyone make impression so badly on minds, over and above man hight over grown grass on sides of roads! Not mowed even once in season. Our great known university town image getting worse.

It appears that the Rose Hill Cemetery map is no longer linked. Was that on purpose or a mistake on the web page? https://bloomington.in.gov/locations/rose-hill-cemetery
"Close Call" reports via uReport are not emailed to the person who submits the ticket. In addition, if I record the case number at the time of submission, I cannot look back at the ticket due to a "sorry you're not allowed to go there" page.
The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.
Never mind, able to access bloomington.in.gov now. I restarted my computer and router, and then I was able to log in to bloomington.in.gov, so please close my previous uReport.
I am blocked from bloomington.in.gov See attached screenshot. I have no idea why my IP would be blocked-- this is from my home computer at my house. Can we get me unblocked? Thank you!

There has not been an adequate explanation why the map results feature of uReports was disabled and not replaced. Several requests for information have gone unanswered: https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=208706 https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=206457 Others have had dismissive or incomprehensible responses: https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=207285 https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=206286 This was a very important feature that was often used. It was acting a little weird the last year or so, but it still worked. Why not keep it up until something is developed to replace it? It seems kind of shady that the City would remove such a feature, as if you don't want people having too much access to information. It allowed users to clearly see where the problem areas are. Is it still online for internal use? Please do not assign this to the person ("C.I.") who has received the requests in the past. Better it be addressed by someone higher up.
