Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
Yard waste, claims "poison" being poured on the area where excessive growth. Concerned about "poison" getting into other yards, being near children and the safety of the water supply.
See case #188527. Garbage still piled up against house. Tenants do not seem to care about warnings or small fines. Can the fines be associated with their water bill so that it gets turned off if they do not pay?
Garbage can full of water, danger of attracting mosquitoes.
Bug infestation in apartment, questionable functioning of water heater. Spoke w/ an inspector (MA).
ALSO FROM 521 N DUNN PROPERTY. STAGNANT WATER -BREEDING MOSQUITOS. WATER IS BEING PUMPED FROM BASEMENTS AND STANDS ON THE CITY ALLEY AND HIS PROPERTY.
Please review condition of growth in front yard. The amount of over growth and lack of drainage is causing critters to find homes and standing water issues for mosquitoes.
Note: prior complaint was filed under a different address by the system ("402"). The case number for that was #186916 (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=186916) The response then that the hole is for rain water is nonsensical. If people kept the lids closed, what little rain we get would not enter the dumpster. Also, no other dumpsters in the neighborhood have such holes and an associated rat problem.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I’ve had some health problems while staying in my apartment here in fountain park apartments due to black mold and a mice infestation. The black mold was found in my kitchen next to the water heater where it had flooded that year and soaked into the wood and rotted. They sprayed it with something to make it go away but I believe it’s still inside of the walls and other parts of the apartment. I’ve been having breathing problems the entire time I’ve stayed here and have documented it all. The apartment manager had someone do an air test inside and outside of the apartment. I don’t feel safe because of my existing health issues and I barely stay in my apartment. My apartment has flooded many times and according to my neighbor this has happened for years because of poor plumbing.
