Chest of drawers, fan and sweeper located in front of several rentals. 1700-1706 South Olive Street. Have been sitting there for a couple of months.

Someone left a shopping cart filled with their belongings and it is blocking the sidewalk. I’m not sure if they are living in the bushes or abandoned the cart but it has been there for more than 2 days. It is up against the back yard fences of Sherwood oaks, in the arbor of trees/bushes at the intersection of Allendale and Winslow Rd, just east of the 3 way stop. Additionally, I felt very unsafe walking through this hidden area with the potential of someone hiding in the bushes and the cart blocking more than half of the available walking space.
