Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. A backyard in my neighborhood is overgrown and has excessive debris. It is infested with rats.

A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.

Over grown weeds in yard. Can’t see if anyone is walking on the sidewalk if entering walker street. Been that way for years. For the pedestrian safety the weeds need taken down
