The new owner of this property is installing an Airbnb, and has installed a patio that abuts the fences of the properties on either side.

The owner doesn't reside on the property. Several large pine trees were removed. In that area weeds have grown. Some of them are 3-4 feet taller than my 6ft. fence and are encroaching on neighbors' properties. I have no way to contact owner Dennis Wichelns, but he uses Rusty's lawn Service who should be able to contact him.

Lawn overgrowth in excess of 8 inches.. Raised garden bed looks like a jungle. Weeds inside fence 2 feet tall

Grass and weeds have grown excessively preventing walking and mailbox access
