Good Morning, There are two Downtown Bloomington signs located on the north and south end of the sidewalk between College Avenue and the Justice Building at 301 North College. Unfortunately, they have lost their luster, the anchoring points are looking suspect and they are impeding the maintenance teams ability to remove snow. I believe these signs are located in the COB right-of-way and assume that there is a formal process to request relocation elsewhere. Preferably down the street in either direction. There are several sidewalk cuts along Washington Street in front of the AT&T building that are covered with smooth metal pieces. These metal covers provide absolutely no traction when wet and are very dangerous for pedestrians. Can these please be replaced with the more common covers that have raised ridges to provide some traction?

Please place a stop sign at 7th and Hillsdale. It would prevent speeding in the neighborhood and help the bikers on the trail to cross safely.

Hi. After witnessing my third or fourth car accident in the past six months at the exact same intersection (when walking on the sidewalk every time), I would like to request the installation of a traffic light at Longview and Pete Ellis. This intersection, only two minutes from my house, is undeniably dangerous and (I am 99% positive) fatal at least once. The faster traffic on Pete Ellis doesn't have a stop sign, so when cars on Longview turn, it is hard for them to detect those fast vehicles. I have almost been hit crossing the street it is that bad. Today, December 22nd, a friend of mine was seriously hurt in an accident at that intersection.Despite the costs of a traffic light and the work it will entail, I do not want to risk my life and my friends' lives and the lives of other citizens anymore. I might send an additional, more detailed letter to the mayor if this does not go through. I sincerely hope you consider this proposal. Thank you.
