Heading east on 17th st, turning north into Fee lane, the left turn light is never activated. There is usually heavy westbound traffic when people attempting a left at this light and it can be difficult to fit in a turn with unending oncoming traffic.

Fiber co. Cut sidewalk. Someone came to patch with asphalt. Asphalt sunk immediately. Looks like a significant hole in sidewalk. Water meter appears to be affected as well - tilting towards the hole (did not use to).

Turn arrows at the 17th and Fee intersection are not operational for any direction. Has been a problem for multiple years.

AEG was working again in our tree plot yesterday. The storm drain just west of our house, at the alley, is caked with mud and trash. This is the third time they have dug in this plot and the third time they have left a mess. We aren’t cleaning it up this time.

I am away on business and person watching my house reported that my front yard was dug up by the nuisance folks doing some kind of work in Ron Heifhts. Will the city be reseeding and fixing this area of grass between sidewalk and curb? No one contacted me whatsoever about this work or that they would be digging up my yard. Cases #193296 (6 September) and #193766 (11 October) pertain to the same property/issus. Both are closed and marked "resolved", though issue remains. Invasives have grown over the retaining wall and are blocking the sidewalk. The steps lead to what appears to be a vacant lot, though there is a building at the far north end of this property. As per Elevate, owner is: The Teague Trust 2106 Casa Mia Dr San Jose, Ca 95124 If Bloomington would pass an ordinance restricting property ownership to local residents, and even better to require that property owners actually live in the buildings they own, most of the problems like this would go away.
