The area where we park on the side of the road (if coming off of 7th street heading towards 5th, on the right side) is pretty rutted up and turns into a big mud hole when it rains. It looks like it just needs more gravel.

For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. 800 Block of W. 2nd St(2nd and Euclid):from Euclid turning on to 2nd, it is difficult to see looking East to turn out on 2nd due to plants. 900 Block of W. 3rd St: Sidewalk blocked by plants on the North side of the street. 700 Block of W. Smith: Impassable due to overgrown plants and trees.
In front of property 1505 E First pedestrians almost have to step into the street to avoid low-hanging shrub branches. Can the tenant be asked to clip them? Thanks.
