Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. There is what appears to be a fraternity renting all of the units at 403 E 20th St and they are constantly playing loud music and littering the property with empty containers that sit around for days before being cleaned up. Attached are pictures of the lot that has been littered for days. The noise from their parties can be heard from down the street and the litter often ends up on the sidewalk facing the street and the small wooded area behind the property. The parking lot behind the property is almost always covered in trash.
