Address is for 640-654 S Walker a medical building. Problem is the vacant lot in between the office and the trailer court. It is a triangle shaped plot that is overgrown with weeds and needs cut.

Ms. Stidd called Mayor's office to complain about odor coming from Dillman. She says that odor is so bad they cannot sit on front porch. She feels that odor control should be part of the maintenance of the plant.
