This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. Hello, there appears to be a leak for a water line under the sidewalk located between 920 West Kirkwood and 924 West Kirwood. The leak is located directly south of a water meter vault. During the recent cold weather, the water is freezing and making it hazardous for pedestrians to cross. Thank You.

Can I say that we are thrilled with the new way trash is being picked up now? No. Furnace filter still in the trash can, other trash sitting next to the trash can, collecting rain water. Not a good job this morning. 700 block of Eastside Drive.

I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.

Excess water seems to be coming out of my drains at the street, even days after it has rained. My water bill was high last month, and I thought it was for other reasons. Now I am worried that there is a leak.
