I am a resident at Patterson Pointe, 454 S Westplex Ave.
The construction at the site directly east of the apartment building has begun with earthwork. A pit has been dug on the site and now contains green water. I don't know where the water has accumulated from, it's more than rain or runoff. Will the city check the water for contamination and make sure it is pumped out and disposed of properly?
You don't need to contact me about this, I just wanted to make sure someone at the city is aware.
Thank you.

On Walnut Street northbound in front of the pet store near BHSS, there is a water/utility cover that is open or raised up in the street. I saw it yesterday, but hit it in the dark this morning.

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me.
Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take..

I have a rental property located @ 519 W Graham Plc (Timberridge condos) they have informed me that there is a water leak and the information came from your dept. I am wondering if I could get more information regarding this and if your worker turned off the water @ the meter to see the needle spinnng or if it was determined by the usage??? I called but your automated service said try back later. I was also wondering if I could get a copy of this tenants bills?? Please either call or email me.

To whom it may concern:
I was at the website for sustainability and water barrels, here:
http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=5952
There is a paragraph, "A typical rain barrel is a drum with 50-60 gallons of capacity. In Bloomington, you can buy a rain barrel from Earth Care, the Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District and others. Or, you can build your own! Download our step-by-step instructionshere (DOC 368.00 KB)."
Unfortunately the link to the "Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District" seems to go to a New York page! I doubt this is intentional?
Please let me know. The 2013 fee schedule says $45 for a rain barrel, which I might be interested in if I can really pick one up in Bloomington IN.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Jacob Neumann

At the intersecetion of Sweetbriar Dr. and Sweetbriar Circle in Winslow Farm Addition,(across from BHS South baseball field) the metal water cover has popped up. I looks like it is cracked/broken and someone needs to check on it as it could damage cars, tires or someone might step into the hole.

I live at 3172 S. Cuffers Drive, Bloomington, and I have recently been ill with gasteroenteritis on three different occasions. The most recent, being currently, I had to visit the hospital. The doctor suggested that my water quality needs tested. I'm not sure who to contact or how to go about such a thing. Could someone please help?
