In the past we have put in a complaint about the trees at mills pool. They need cut back. They hang way to low. Someone is going to put an eye out. Oh wait my son almost did. On July 15th my 12 year old son was walking on the sidewalk at the circle to go swimming. He turned his head and jammed a hanging tree branch into his left eye. His poor eye was red and draining and it hurt. We went to the dr the next day. He got some eye drops and they sent us to the eye dr. Had to wait till that wed. Unfortunately he can not swim for atleast a week. We have to get the open wound on his eye ball to heal up. I hope you take immediate action on this and keep on top of it from now on. This never should have happened. Those trees should never hang that low especially since we have put in a complaint on them before. Here is pictures of his poor little eye and the trees. The water fountain is leaking. Water is seeping out around the base of the fixture. Thank you for addressing the erosion to the north of the steps leading up to the shelter and park. Also, there are multiple areas of erosion around the park. Notable areas are to the east of the shelter and to the south of the sidewalk on the south side of the playground structure but there are presumably other bare areas prone to erosion due to their location on a hill or in a high traffic areas. To prevent long term damage to the structure of the park and not having the shelter area turn in to a muddy mess, please address these issues.

Back sidewalk entrance to people’s park is blocked by a person sleeping and by a sleeping cot. It seems to show up during the day.

Miller Pipeline, a subcontractor of Vectren, repaired a gas line on 1.11.17 and in the process destroyed the sidewalk and road. The items require repair.

A sidewalk was installed this fall. The road meeting the sidewalk was never patched and is in terrible condition all the way down the block, becoming worse with winter weather and parking. I live at 319 w. 15th st.

There has been a large dip in the concrete in this sidewalk for quite some time now. It is located right when you pull in off of Third Street into the alley between Baked Cookies and Sweet Claire's bakery. The sidewalk must have been unstable when it was poured and one section has sunk down about six inches, leaving a ledge between the two sections. Thanks for your attention to this concern.

this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly

Last year, the section of the sidewalk at Washington and Cottage Grove was replaced, but the workers left a trench in the road that collects water and breeds mosquitos. I couldn't help but notice when similar work was done this summer on 10th street and a layer of pavement was laid alongside the sidewalk to fill the trench there. Probably just an oversight but it'd be nice to get this job completed.
