Mr. Ward called to let us know that on several occasions he has seen folks drive back to the Wapehani Bike Park and dump brush and other debris. He knows what they're doing is illegal but doesn't want to get in trouble trying to catch them! He lives at the corner of Wapehani/Weimer roads and uses the park frequently and wants to see it taken care of. Also, has some questions about off-roading in the big open field by the park. Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating she was missed again. I asked her whether or not she had actually placed the items at the curb and she said yes. I advised that we would do a courtesy pick up this time but would not be able to do one again in the future. BP went out to pickup and miss out and stated that the yard waste was next to the resident's backdoor and nowhere near the curb.
