MRS. RUDWELL STATES THAT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 900 BLOCK OF E MAXWELL LANE THAT THERE IS A DRAINAGE PROBLEM AND THAT HER BASEMENT FLOODS CAUSING DAMAGE. THERE ARE 2 NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF PARK & MAXWELL THAT HAVE PUT ASPHALT AT THE FRONT OF THEIR HOUSES. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS ASPHALT DOES NOT ALLOW THE WATER TO DRAIN INTO THE DITCHES CAUSING THE WATER TO RUN INTO HER YARD AND INTO HER BASEMENT. RUDWELL STATED THAT THE DRAINAGE IS ALRIGHT UNTIL YOU GET
White frame house 1400 block W. 6th St. - corner of W. 6th St. & Hopwell - house is vacant and scheduled for demolition. House is open & not boarded up. Neighborhood children have been observed entering house. Trash and weeds are on property. Owner - Renaissance Rentals.
This is the 2nd Baptist Church and Rev Butler and Suzanne Faulk are requesting handicapped parking on the corner of 8th and Rogers and the other nearby.
The street was repaved and now the water does not go to the inlet as it should. It ponds in front of the house and deposited sand into the drive entrance. The sand was from the last snows.
White house on corner of S. Fairview St & W. 4th St. is falling down & is a shambles. Cats everywhere, garbage on carport, RATS eating garbage Concerned house is a health hazard to neighborhood. Please note street address.
Apts across alley from him have left a huge amount of trash - loose not bagged/tagged. On-going problem with this property. Can we notify owner of trash regulations ? Trash route is Tues - can we get trash removed Tues 5/7 ?
MR. SHIDE STATES THAT HIS YARD FLOODS DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE TERRAIN IN THE LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION. WITH THIS LAST RAIN HIS ELETRIC TRANSFORMER & CABLES WERE COVERED UP WITH WATER CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. HE DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM UNTIL WININGER STOLBERG CHANGED THE TERRAIN.
