I told him to put at end of his driveway because his curb is questionable. I also talked with 947 aand Shelby about this.

resident called in saying his recycle day was Wed. I looked it up in GIS, it is Mon, he argued and I talked with Shelby about this. this address is a dividing line between Mon and Wed, but I explained this to him and he was ok. I also explained that if he puts recycle out on Wed and we don't pick it up don't call in saying we missed his pick up.
